These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website alabamalandscapegroupllc.com and your participation in the text messaging program operated by Alabama Landscape Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.
Alabama Landscape Group LLC is a licensed landscape design, hardscape, project management, and floral design company serving Birmingham, Alabama and the surrounding area. We are ADAI licensed for Landscape Design, Installation, and Ornamental Turf and Pest Supervision (OTPS).
Alabama Landscape Group LLC operates a customer care and conversational text messaging program. If you request a quote or consultation and opt in, we will send you text messages to confirm we received your request, ask follow-up questions about your property or project, schedule your on-site consultation, and provide updates while your project is underway. This is a two-way conversation — you can reply to us directly.
You opt in by submitting the "Request Free Quote" contact form on alabamalandscapegroupllc.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and you must actively check it to consent. The consent language displayed next to the checkbox reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Alabama Landscape Group LLC at the phone number provided above. Messages relate to my quote request, consultation scheduling, and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions."
You may also opt in by texting us first at our business number, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call with us, which we record in our customer records.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Alabama Landscape Group LLC. You may submit the contact form without checking the SMS consent box, and we will still respond to your request by phone or email.
Message frequency varies. Most customers receive between 2 and 10 messages related to a quote request, and additional messages during an active project. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.
Message and data rates may apply. Alabama Landscape Group LLC does not charge for the text messages themselves; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.

Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The content on this website — including text, images, project photography, and design work — is the property of Alabama Landscape Group LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Information on this site, including any pricing shown, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote. All project pricing is confirmed in a written proposal.
Alabama Landscape Group LLC provides this website "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text messaging program.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
